Best eaten fresh within 48 hours. After this time the crumb will start to slightly dry and the crust will soften. 
Will still be great to eat after a week however may need a light toasting.

How do I store my bread?

Most sourdough will hold until the following week. 
Crusted breads such as sourdough should be wrapped in a tea towel or bread bag while soft bread and baked goods should stay in a plastic container to avoid drying.

Absolutely.
All our loaves are baked fresh each Sunday so can be frozen for up to 3 months. Just don't forget to pre-slice the loaf before freezing!

No, there are no nuts added to the sourdough, however the bakery is not entirely nut free so there may be traces of nuts.
